STORE POLICY
#1 Shipping Policy:
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
- Estimated delivery times are 7-10 days for domestic orders and 15-30 days for international orders.
- Shipping costs vary based on the destination and order value.
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.
#2 Return and Refund Policy:
- Customers can return products within 7 days of receiving them. But Return must be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the product
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at admin@ecosmartlearn.in, or ecosmartlabs@gmail.com.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
